Here and There

A old woman trying to knit small flowers along a slender white thread and make a garland,

A limping dog and  its hind leg missing and yet on the streets barking away to glory,

A blind woman crossing the road early in the morning and then to my curiosity following whether she made it on the other side,

A group of singers early singing away the lords hymns glory for not wanting anything materialistic,

A small girl waiting for her bus in the morning, all of a sudden steals a smile from me and then sulks again,

A unknown stranger on the road who shares a glimpse right in your face,

A queer group of children staring at you when you pass by them,

A joy shared by someone known and then just does not promise to meet you again,

A friend who enjoys every bit of my company and laughs away at all the silliest jokes,
